Our FunFit workouts are constantly varied, functional training that gives you more overall balanced fitness, increasing your capability and capacity over a more broad range of movements, it will have you stronger, faster and fitter than you have ever been before, it can be scaled to accommodate any level of fitness or ability, there are no age limitations as functional movements are used in every day life. Additionally, we incorporate a mobility component in every workout - we don't push you beyond your capacity and we respect your fitness goals, whether that is to get stronger or to improve upon your 5 K or Marathon PR.
At Geneva Fit, you will not find rows of ellipticals or other stationary bikes or weight machines. Instead, you will find an open space to run, jump, squat, and lift, filled with pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells, and dumbbells. Workouts are comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life like sitting (squat), picking things up (deadlift), lifting things up overhead (pressing).
Our purpose is to help you achieve your personal goals, whether it be fat loss, muscle growth, getting better at your particular sport, or just being better able to perform your daily activities, we have proven through our classes to be able to achieve those results, both physically and mentally.
Individual attention in a small group setting. Our small group training sessions are structured to facilitate individual instruction within the group. Classes incorporate skill instruction along with the best high intensity functional workout you can find!
