Fitness Around Town

At Geneva Fit, we are always looking for ways to encourage people to be active and achieve their personal fitness goals. It’s one of the things that sets us apart from other gyms! We do this by recognizing that not everyone wants to be in a gym everyday. Yes, it’s true that we all need the resistance training and cardiovascular work offered at Geneva Fit, but it’s also important to stay motivated and have fun by incorporating other exercise activities into our lives. Whether you are new to fitness or just looking to try something different, Jan Silverman has found a few places around town that you can visit to keep active in fun, unique ways!

Geneva Fit's Fitness Around Town segment is produced for Batavia Access Television's "It's News to Me" biweekly news program. Learn new ways to be active by watching these highlights and stay tuned for future segments hosted by Jan with more great fitness activities!
